Mollah Quadir Yusuf & Co. Chartered Accountants was established on 1st September 1988 under the institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh.
We are one of the leading Chartered Accountants Firms in Bangladesh. We are an independent firm of Chartered Accountants
based in Dhaka, Bangladesh working with clients throughout the country.
Our intimate knowledge of a client’s business, together with our technical skills, experiences, professional independence,

Accountants from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), in 2011. He is a wide experienced professional in auditing,
accounting, taxation, management consulting etc. In his service period, he also worked in large various group of companies like Noman Group,
Bashundhara Group Partex Group and ADN Group as well as various position in a listed company & several National and Multinational Group of companies. He
is also a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and fellow member of ICAB. Mohammed Abdul Alim is an Audit & Assurance partner. He does
consultancy and advisory work. His regular professional activities include Statutory Auditing, Internal Auditing, Special Auditing, Procurement Audit,
Financial Review, Due diligence review etc. He has wide range of experiences in advisory work like company formation, system designing and implementation,
development and designing of SoPs (Standard Operating Procedures), Project financing, designing and Implementation of ERP systems and it’s different

Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), in 2007. He is a wide experienced professional in auditing, accounting, taxation, consultancy services of NGOs, Listed
& non-listed companies and management consultancy etc. He is a fellow member of ICAB. He served in Internal Audit Department of Karnaphuli Group from 1996
to 2007, Manager Share division of HR Securities & Investment Ltd. and Finvest Services Ltd. and other well-known organizations in Bangladesh.

(ICAB) in 2014. He is a wide experienced professional in auditing, accounting, taxation and manufacturing industry. He was Manager (Audit & Assurance) of
ACNABIN Chartered Accountants. He was Head of Internal Audit and Corporate Compliance Department of Eon Group of Industries. During his long service
period in ACNABIN, he gathered a wide experience in NGOs, Manufacturing, garments, Textiles, and Power Plant sector. Mr. Uddin took part in various training
courses, seminars, and workshops particularly in the areas of Income Tax and VAT, Business Valuation, Corporate Leadership, auditing etc.

Bangladesh (ICAB) in 2016. He is a wide experienced professional in auditing, accounting consultancy, taxation, Banking, project financing and regulalory
works. He worked in a renowned global company like TÜV Rheinland. He also worked in large local companies like Amanat Shah Group and Development
Design Consultants Ltd in different prestigious positions. He started his career with Aziz Halim Khair Chowdhury Chartered Accountants as an assistant
manager. Mr. Moinul Islam is an Audit & Assurance partner. He also does consultancy and advisory work. His regular professional activities include

Management Information System (MIS), Income Tax, Customs, VAT, Insurance, Product Costing, Inventory Management, Capital Management, Budgeting &
Forecasting, Import & Export commercial etc. During his service tenure, he also worked in large group of companies like ACS Textiles Limited (a 100% British
Investment), Noman Group of Industries, Mosharaf Group of Industries etc. Mr. Md. Habibur Rahaman FCA is an Audit & Advisory partner of the firm. His
regular professional activities include Statutory Audit, Internal & Special Audit, Financial Statements Review & providing Due diligence certificate. He is also
providing Management Consultancy on various matters like company formation, system designing and implementation in various organization i.e., SOP
(Standard Operating Procedure) implementation, designing and Implementation of ERP systems. He has a practical experience to work with PWC (Pakistan) while implementing different modules like GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Cash &
Treasury, Payroll & Production Module at Noman Group. In fact, he was the coordinator of that assignment.
